Construction Manager for Hawaii Renaissance Award winning renovation and expansion of five-star Maui resort. Project included new 90,000 square foot conference paviaion, 130,000 square foot parking structure, grand scale lobby and entertainment facilities, new pools, spa and water features, plys renovated corridors and public areas.
