The Project consists of 100 luxury timeshare units of varying sizes located in three separate buildings. Total GFA is approximately 147,000 square feet. Each building is three stories high and common area amenities include a fitness area, pool bathroom and showers, an outdoor pool, surrounding lounge area, and parking for approximately 105 motor vehicles.
