Award winning restoration of the 1927 World War I War Memorial. Structure was slated for demolition and replacement. Our winning low bid price for this work exceeded the city’s budget. However, the project was salvaged through our successful design build efforts which permitted a cost effective renovation. Work included extensive restoration of deteriorated concrete bleachers, bathhouses and site amenities, etc.
